OUR POLICIES

Your appointment is very important to the Blush n' Blow team. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
For same day appointments:
You may cancel up to 2 hours before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information, you agree to accept a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 2 hours of the start of your appointment or do not show up.
Please keep in mind if you are more than15 minutes late to your appointment we may be unable to provide you with services due to the loss of time
Only with a valid confirmation email will you have an appointment. By booking an appointment
you are confirming that you have read and understood our policies.
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.

We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or packages.

By providing your credit/debit card information, you represent and warrant that:
you are legally authorized to use the credit/debit card you provided; you authorize us to charge any cancellation charges to your credit/debit card.
